A fire broke out at a residential area in Baseco Compound in Port Area, Manila on Thursday evening, May 19.According to the Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP)- Manila, the fire reached the first alarm at 7:40 p.m and was raised to second alarm at around 7:56 p.m.At 8:25 p.m., BFP raised it to third alarm.The fire escalated to the fourth alarm at 8:31 p.m.As of this posting, firefighters are still trying to put out the fire.The Philippine Coast Guard (PSG) has also already declared a no-sail zone.
