As Mother’s Day approaches, there are some social media feeds I keep one eye on, curious as to what specials these feeds will come up with. Naturally, cakes, cookies, and other delectable goodies figure prominently as reasons for my stalking these feeds.

It’s called Helen’s Guava Cake, a tribute to Monique’s mom; and let’s not forget Monique’s lola who first taught her granddaughter to make guava jam back then.
