Yes, it is official! The long wait is over as the whole world kept track of the ongoing deal between Twitter, Inc. and Elon Musk.
On April 25, Twitter Inc. announced that they have come to an agreement with Elon Musk. “The Twitter Board conducted a thoughtful and comprehensive process to assess Elon’s proposal with a deliberate focus on value, certainty, and financing. The proposed transaction will deliver a substantial cash premium, and we believe it is the best path forward for Twitter’s stockholders,” says Twitter’s Independent Board Chair Bret Taylor.
