Ninja Van Philippines, a tech-enabled logistics company, continues to strive for operational excellence to better meet the needs of its customers nationwide. This is the Ninja Van Group’s largest automated hub and sortation system, spanning 21,000 square meters.
These latest sortation systems, with integrated parcel measurement and real-time parcel status connectivity, will ensure Ninja Van Philippines has the capacity to meet the country’s growing delivery demand.
One of the standout features is their double deck cross belt sorter, which measures, weighs, photographs, and sorts parcels at a throughput rate of 20,000 units per hour. Not only that, but the new belt provides seamless real-time parcel data, providing instant feedback and updates to shippers and shoppers on the status of their parcels.
Faster deliveries are to be expected, as the cross-belt sorter increases Ninja Van Philippines’ receiving capacity by 300 percent while increasing outbound speed by 400 percent. It has increased the number of parcels processed per hour by 400% and the spatial capacity by 500% in terms of speed.
