88% of BuCor's PDLs fully vaccinated (Sabong News)

Eighty-eight percent of persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) in seven penal facilities of the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) has been fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 as of today, April 11.
Fully vaccinated were 43,245 of the 48,991 PDLs, BuCor said in a statement.
Those vaccinated were from the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City with 24,227 PDLs; Correctional institution for Women (CIW) in Mandaluyong City, 3,261; Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm (SPPF) in Occidental Mindoro, 2,353; San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm (SRPPF) in Zamboanga City, 1,599; Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm (IPPF) in Palawan, 2,678; Leyte Regional Prison (LRP) in Abuyog, Leyte, 2,027; and Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF) in Davao del Norte, 6,412, and its CIW Mindanao, 572.
BuCor said that 9,402 PDLs have also received their booster shots. They are from NBP with 1,421 inmates; CIW, 3,289; SPPF, 533; IPPF, 2,274; LRP, 771; DPPF, 1,108; and CIW Mindanao, six.
